I am the first owner, and the car is under ADCB Bank Loan (3 Years EMI Pending), it is possible for you to buy in full amount or loan/EMI as below options:
• If you want to register in Abu Dhabi, it is possible to transfer the loan (ADCB to ADCB) so you can pay monthly after paying down payment to the Bank. Loan amount would be approx AED 1400 pm.
• Get full amount in cash, and we both go to ADCB, settle the remaining loan along with a mediator document called “Mubaya” and we proceed to transfer (Because i don’t have full remaining amount to settle)
• If you are in other Emirates outside Abu Dhabi, we follow Step 2 above.
